Full Contest Details

Contest Period:
The ECPL Broker Performance Challenge 2026 begins on May 20, 2026 and ends on December 15, 2026.

Eligibility:
The contest is open to licensed mortgage brokers authorized to submit mortgage files to ECPL within New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

How to Enter:
Eligible brokers will automatically receive contest entries by submitting qualified mortgage opportunities through the ECPL Broker Pre Qualifier Tool.

Entry Structure:
Participants will receive:

1 entry for every pre-qualified submission
3 additional entries for every commitment issued
7 additional entries for every funded deal

Bonus Entries:
Additional bonus entries may be awarded at ECPL’s discretion for high quality submissions, including:

• Funded within 30 days of pre-qualification = 2 entries
• Complete package submitted upfront = 2 entries
• Repeat borrower or repeat broker client = 1 entry
• Clean appraisal received without delay = 1 entry
• No missing documents after submission = 1 entry
• Clear exit strategy documented = 1 entry
• Loan amount over $250k = 2 entries

Prize Structure:
Throughout the contest period, ECPL will conduct three ongoing prize draws, each awarding one $500 prize winner.

The final Grand Prize Draw will include:

One $2,500 Travel Credit
One $1,000 Travel Credit

Draw Schedule:

• Round 1 Draw - Early July 2026
• Round 2 Draw - Early September 2026
• Round 3 Draw - Early November 2026
• Final Grand Prize Draw - December 31, 2026

Conditions:
Only compliant mortgage files will qualify for final prize eligibility. ECPL reserves the right to review and verify file quality, completeness, and broker compliance at any time throughout the contest period.

Disqualification:
ECPL reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, duplicated, non-compliant, or otherwise inconsistent with contest requirements.

Publicity:
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, brokerage, photo, and/or likeness in ECPL promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and social media content.

General Terms
ECPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice where necessary to ensure fairness, compliance, or operational integrity.
