General Guidelines
- Owner occupency, non owner-occupied, commercial building
- Loans up to 75% LTV in urban areas
- Interest-only payments
- Lending in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island
Tips for funding your deal faster
- Provide all documentation required on our document checklist
- If this deal has a rush closing, please advise underwriter
- Provide us with a summary of your deal so we can understand the exit strategy
- Disclose if the client has judgements, liens, CRA debts, etc.
Our checklist
- Send your application through FILOGIX, with credit bureau
- Send income confirmation, pay stub, NOA, or six months of banks statements
- If purchase, send in Agreement of Purchase and Sale
- If refinance, send in present mortgage statement, property tax bill and house insurance policy
